Types of Rubber Mats & Rubber Flooring...

All Rubber rubber mats and rubber flooring provide excellent traction, shock absorption, insulation against cold and damp, and will not absorb moisture or harbour bacteria. Types of rubber mats and rubber flooring we manufacture and supply include:

• Insertion Rubber Mats
  Insertion rubber comes with 1 or 2 ply fabric reinforcing. These thin, strong rubber mats are ideally suited for counters and bench tops or lining in vans and light vehicles.
• Ribbed Rubber Mats
  Ribbed rubber mats consist of non-reinforced rubber with raised elongated rubber sections for grip. The neat presentation of ribbed rubber mats makes them suitable for use on counter tops to prevent scratching or in light vans to protect the floor and prevent items sliding.
• Perforated Rubber Mats
  Perforated rubber mats are made of 100% recycled natural rubber with holes punched through. This allows for effective water drainage and provides cheap alternative rubber mats and rubber flooring for areas of high wear in damp or wet conditions.
• Stripped Rubber Flooring
  Stripped rubber mats and rubber flooring is a 100 % recycled product made from used conveyor belting. The textured surface prevents slipping yet is still easy to clean.
• Grooved Rubber Flooring
  Grooved rubber flooring is another 100% recycled product made from used steel cord reinforced conveyor belting. Our process leaves behind a 6mm - 8mm deep groove (approx. 60 grooves per metre). This rubber flooring is especially suitable for wet areas.
• Diamond & Square Lagging Rubber Flooring
  These rubber mats are a premium product made specially by All-Rubber. Available with moulded rhomboid diamond or square patterning, the embossed pattern is 6mm deep and is available in a variety of thicknesses.
• Plain Rubber Sheets
  100% recycled rubber in a smooth finish typically in 6-10mm thick. Most suitable for heavy applications of abrasion and impact protection. Produced from slicing used conveyor belts into sheets of rubber using the A36 slicer.
