Services

Wesbelt is a subsidiary company of All Rubber, and one of the major service providers in Western Australia. As such it has a network of branches around the state, and offers on-site labour to install and maintain conveyor systems, rubber line steel components, and provide various other services as required by the mine or quarry.

In Queensland services are provided by East Coast Rubber, which specialises in rubber lining projects both in Australia and internationally. East Coast Rubber is affiliated with All Rubber and based in Brisbane but has operations also in the Northern Territory. Distributors such as Port Hunter Conveyors (based in Newcastle, NSW) add further depth and complete an Australia wide network of specialist rubber lining and belt splicing teams for the mining and quarrying industry. This network of highly trained and experienced personnel is able to provide full product support in the field, and underscores the company’s fundamental core philosophy of customer service

Company Structure

All Rubber is owned by private shareholders, with the majority of shares retained by the D’Angelo family, who were the original founders. The remaining shares are held by private interested parties and by key employees predominantly involved in company management. It currently employs 50-60 staff, and has an annual turnover in excess of $20million (2006/07). Average annual growth rate is approximately 40%.

Quality

All Rubber is characterised by providing high quality products at competitive prices. It is currently involved in implementing an accredited quality system in accordance with ISO 9002 standards.
