• Temperature: The design of our mud guards allows for air circulation around the tyres, reducing heat build up and tyre fatigue. This is especially important in regions that experience extreme temperature variations.

Our unique method of reclaiming high-grade, cured rubber from used conveyor belts, has allowed us to manufacture inexpensive, high strength mud flaps for heavy trucks.

All-Rubber mud flaps for heavy trucks are available in black or white and can be printed on using the following techniques:

• Silk Screening: Company logos can be silk screened onto mud flaps in multiple or single colours. The silk screening can be done onto white or plain black mud flaps.
• Thermal Transfer Printing: Advances in thermal printing now allow for small quantity, inexpensive, multi-coloured runs on white mud flaps.
